Yes, you can easily track the status of your submitted tickets by accessing the ‘My Tickets’ section in the application, where updates and resolutions will be posted

To submit a ticket, simply log in to your account, navigate to the ‘Create Ticket’ section, and fill in the required details about your irrigation issue. This can be done by the Client or  on the  behalf.

You can report a wide range of issues, including equipment malfunctions, scheduling problems, and water distribution inconsistencies in your irrigation system. The options are endless.

Our application use GPS coordinates and sshared Google Maps pin drops.
